We are a network of youth hostels and gite, connected by the coast path, cycle ways and sea. Each site has an exceptional location : on an island, on the sea front, near a port, a stone’s throw from the beach or in unspoilt countryside. For us here at Ostal, above and beyond the aspect travel, it is the meeting of new people that we value most.

The remarkable architecture of Brest and Morlaix places, the dream location of Batz and Concarneau sites and our Scrignac accomodation which links our Finistère venues. Different stunning places where the sense of hospitality, of community and respect of the other, are reunited in a same space.

A network of youth hostels along with a Gite, managed by the Association Departmental of Youth Hostels of Finistère since 1951 and direct descendant of the original youth hostelling spirit.

The nature of our organisation means that it is necessary to become a member before you can use our services. The membership card is available to buy directly from each of our sites or can be included in your first reservation. Our membership card is valid for 1 year.
